We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team at Ballyhoo Media, an innovative and growing Out of Home (OOH) media agency. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of static and digital media campaigns, business development initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, be familiar with both waterfall and agile methodologies, and excel in managing cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines. The Project Manager will support all aspects of their project's planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a unique and broad spectrum of projects that span various aspects of the business, from traditional campaign launches, to marine technical dry docks, through bespoke business application development and implementation. Projects are typically of the highest priority and require significant input and coordination with the leadership team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, Information Systems Management or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in marketing, media, marine, or the OOH industries (preferred but not required).
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification(s) strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly waterfall and agile approaches.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar), Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Experienced in developing process maps to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a face-paced environment.
- Able to perform basic numerical analysis (financial and statistical) to support leadership decision making.
