The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning:Analyze project blueprints and specifications, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, including material estimations and labor requirements.Team Management:Lead and supervise a team of electricians, subcontractors, and other personnel on the construction site, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Budget Management:Monitor project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement corrective actions to stay within budget constraints.Schedule Management:Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, identify potential delays, and implement adjustments as needed.Must be available to work in both Albany and PoughkeepsieSalary Range$130K -140KFusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
