This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our customer base while ensuring the satisfaction of existing customer. This individual will serve as the primary advocate for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their needs are met. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
