- Lead and manage ground-up healthcare and life sciences construction projects from pre-construction to project completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor selection, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements throughout the construction process.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Manage change orders, claims, and project documentation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.ProfileQualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up healthcare or life sciences projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare or life sciences building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
