We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires leadership, effective communication, and a keen ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all parties are aligned and projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve any project-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and consistently communicate project updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably within the commercial sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
