You will manage projects from the office in Dallas and focus on the new developments for their PGA Frisco homes - Most houses ranging from $3M-$5M

As a PM, you will be responsible for estimating and budgeting, permitting, scheduling, leading meetings with clients, creating cost to complete analyses, ordering, and executing change and purchase orders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of high-end project management in construction.
