What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and profitability.
- Oversee all phases of projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to exceed expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects over $2 million.
The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of HVAC experience, with a focus on large-scale commercial projects.
- Expertise with chillers and boilers is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver results.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
