If you are experienced, passionate about landscape design, and driven to make an impact, we want to hear from you!Duties to include, but not be limited to:Daily operations of job sites and crews; focused on safety and efficiencyOverseeing and running workers and subcontractorsCommunicating with client throughout projectMeeting scheduled job deadlinesEnsure all work is done to specifications and is high qualityPromote proper installation practices for all installations of landscape and hardscapeWork within budgeted materials and hours for each projectProvide training and support to crewsMonitor completed job site progress for potential warranty workQualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience working on and running landscape and hardscape projects (Experience with masonry and/or water features, a plus)Organized and results drivenBe able to read and interpret job plansHave experience with operations of all landscape construction related tools and equipmentMust be a self-starter and be able to manage several aspects of the jobs at the same timeValid drivers license, CDL a plusBe a team player and promote the company in a positive manner at all timesPosition Benefits:Year round, full time, salary (non exempt).Employer subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.401(k) with match and Profit Sharing.Paid time off and paid holidaysCompany phone and company clothing allowance.Mid-season and Christmas bonus
