• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Must have current mechanical construction experience, concrete/electrical will not suffice for this position
• Bachelor's Degree HIGHLY preferred in Mechanical Engineering, OR several years of mechanical construction experience
• Negotiating experience in construction change orders and project presentations required
