Brightsmith are currently supporting our Fuel Cell client to bring on an experienced and dynamic individual to join the commercial team, acting as a bridge between the commercial and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface between customers and engineering teams.
- Lead the development of commercial offers and technical information.
- Take charge of project management activities and ensure successful project delivery.
- Create new processes and documentation to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive market growth.
- Lead market analysis and customer delivery planning efforts.
- Develop and review cost estimates, customer offers, terms, conditions, and contracts.
- Engage with customers to develop tailored deliverable packages and strategic product roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- PMP certification or experience in project management is a plus.
- Experience in customer delivery planning, project management, and market analysis.
- Familiarity with fuel cells and their interaction in hybrid power systems, including solar and energy storage.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills- happy to be client facing and take initial customer calls.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
