• Bachelor's degree
• 3 or more years of Project Management experience
• Experience in systems integration
• Proven experience and track record of driving complex, technology-driven initiatives that cross business lines, functions, and geographies

• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and communicate well with senior and mid-level management, as well as internal and external project resources

• Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of complex projects and activities

Preferred:

• Experience in the financial industry

location: San Antonio, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $75,000 - 94,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: The Project Manager is responsible for providing enterprise-level services to effectively plan, manage, and oversee the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of systems solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and day-to-day operations. This role is accountable for maintaining excellence and consistency in project and vendor management, ensuring projects are executed in accordance with the credit union's standards, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current project landscape to define and document the project scope, including assumptions, risks, constraints, high-level milestones, and timelines.
• Review historical project data to identify impacted products, services, and stakeholders.
• Develop and propose approaches for tasks and activities, balancing time, cost, resources, and quality.
• Gather and document requirements in collaboration with both business and technical teams.
• Monitor project schedules, tracking completion percentages against baseline finish dates, and highlight any deviations to improve future estimations.
• Maintain clear communication with the Project Sponsor, Project Team, and Business Units.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing vendor management and project management processes.
