About the Role:Bank of Luxemburg is growing and this is a brand new role that we are adding to our team! As a Project Manager at Bank of Luxemburg, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee key projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement initiatives that streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with internal colleagues to ensure successful project delivery. This position will work out of our main office located in Luxemburg, WI. This is not a remote position.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Act as the primary project manager for assigned initiatives, overseeing all phases from initiation to completion. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Process Improvement Oversight: Lead the Process Improvement Team, collaborating to identify areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions. Drive initiatives to enhance operational workflows, boost productivity, and reduce inefficiencies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including department heads and vendors, to ensure clear expectations and transparent reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management Functions: Oversee the end-to-end project management functions, including planning, risk management, task delegation, and tracking project milestones.
- Recommendations for Efficiency: Continuously analyze processes, propose enhancements, and champion initiatives that improve overall business efficiency.

Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Technical Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
