Our client is seeking 2 dynamic Project Managers for their Monterey, CA location. Since in-person presence at client sites is mandatory (some hybrid work possible but minimum of 3 days per week onsite required), must be able to reliably commute daily to Monterey, California.Ambitious, diverse, multidisciplinary, and entrepreneurial-minded team is looking for you to join them!Responsibilities Lead a project team to perform implementation activities for large-scale municipal, K-12, and Higher Education programs (may include construction monitoring, stakeholder engagements, site visits, project documentation, contract administration, budget management, public approvals/permitting, schedule monitoring, A&E solicitation management, and quality control).Support the Senior Project Manager and Project Director within large-scale programs/assignments focusing on project goals, schedule, budget, etc.Take full-management responsibility for assignments of over $25MM in total project cost.Direct or develop presentations, reports, budgets, schedules, etc.Coordinate and direct assigned project staff (both internal and external). Contribute to mentoring and training staff, and join in on annual performance reviews.Monthly client billings and timely collection of receivables.Participate in business development activities.Engage in quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and training programs, and in improvement of practices and methodologies.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, economics, urban planning, finance, real estate management, or related field.Minimum of five years managing projects related to our client's markets, as well as multiple projects simultaneously.Professional experience in construction management/program management preferred.Reliable transportation.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Excellent team and project leadership skills.Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.Understanding of real estate, finance, and accounting principles.Excellent Benefit Program including 100% company-paid medical, prescription, and dental insurance premiums for employees and their children, 401(k) contributions, PTO, and much more!About Our Client Our client's commitment to excellence has earned them a reputation as a premier national program management firm overseeing billions of dollars in new construction and renovation projects.
