Location: Waller,TX, USA
The Project Manager, Level 2 directs scheduling, meeting flows, and follow up taskings for Transformation Program Office (TPO) projects. Responsible for the documentation and memorializing project activities through common tracking software applications. This person is a key driver in coordinating the events with Senior Company leaders that lead to successful completion of projects in the TPO. Ensures cohesion of effort and resource utilization.
May include:
* Establish a collaborative culture and partner with senior leaders to engage in a coordinated and well-planned transformation across CSMO functions. Specific focus on project management.
* Facilitate discussion across various business departments (legal, sales planning, operations) to solve friction points in business rules and clear obstacles to success.
* Work with marketing, sales, and other enterprise functions to support the process of documenting and communicating a clear plan for transformation projects.
* Facilitate discussion across the enterprise and keep participants aware of activities with due dates.
* Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
* Partner with Change Manager to facilitate adoption and sustainability of solutions.
Knowledge & Skills
* Advanced knowledge of project management.
* Develop data visualization tools.
* Knowledge of development, implementation, and tracking of projects with software tools.
* Intermediate computer - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM.
* Ability to facilitate an effective meeting.

Competencies
Experience
* 5+ in Manufacturing, HVAC Industry or similar.
Education/Certification
* Bachelor's in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or equivalent business experience
* Preferred Skills/Certifications: PMP Certified, Prosci or other Change Management Certification or Experience
