- Role Focus: Manage lab and life science projects with an emphasis on process piping, plumbing, and heavy mechanical (minimal electrical).
- Project Scope: Oversee multiple projects valued at $200,000-$1M, with total project sizes ranging from $200K to $2M.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage 2-5 projects simultaneously.
- Conduct site visits, collaborate with Site Superintendents, and oversee schedules and materials.
- Report directly to Bob Lord, Director of Operations.

- Experience: 5+ years in project management or field management, ideally with lab, life science, and MEP-heavy projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in mechanical and plumbing systems preferred.
