Job Description:
Title: Project Manager - Jr Level Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to the educator effectiveness team in analyzing, developing, and evaluating educational programs, activities, and services including:
  • Support for processes/platforms inherent to the work of the team, including providing prompt assistance by email or video call to educators with technical questions related to the various platforms used with this work.
  • Creation of/support for efficient, streamlined operations and mechanisms associated with student growth portfolio models and the e-portfolio platform, including roster creation and organization.
  • Creation of/support for efficient, streamlined operations and mechanisms associated with educator recognition, including application management and candidate selection.
  • Creation of/support for efficient communications and operations associated with strategic compensation and educator vacancy data collection.
  • Creation of/support for efficient communications and operations associated with TEAM evaluation, including analysis of feedback survey reports.
  • Delivery of timely and effective communication to stakeholders across the state.
  • Identification of enhancements and troubleshooting issues for processes and platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in education, business, or related field.
Additional Qualifications:
  • 2 years' experience in field of study.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to relate to and collaborate effectively with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative in moving projects forward both collaboratively and independently; ability to manage towards ambitious timelines.
  • Exceptional organization skills, writing skills, and precise attention to detail.
  • Proficient in software programs such as Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in education and/or procurement preferred.
