As a Project Manager in the Lottery Services Department you will primarily focus on efficient and effective delivery of Project Management services to Lottery clients and other lottery related services that the department may provide. This includes but is not limited to, Project Management, Lottery Regulatory and Governance, Lottery operations, and modernization projects such as RFP or Business Analysis and leveraging best practice methodology.

The Project Manager's main focus will be on the following:
* Perform Project Management or Program Management activities related to lottery systems and products.
* Monitor and report project progress & status to project management and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with client team to collect, create, present, maintain, and store knowledge transfer assets.
* Maintain solid understanding of lottery systems operations, process, and technology.
* Act as a systems replacement RFP subject matter expert.
* Develop or assist in developing strategic/tactical lottery process improvement mapping.
* Gather functional and technical requirements for lottery systems and related products.
* Collaborate with Sales on meeting with clients, participating in sales calls, or travel onsite for sales-related activities.
* Assist with drafting, reviewing and delivering statements of work.
Experience, Education, Skills and Credentials:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or Business or 2-year diploma in IT and/or Business with equivalent IT and Project experience
* Project Management Certification in PMP or PRINCE2
* Demonstrable experience with project and client management.
* 3+ years of Extensive Lottery experience considered required.
* 3+ years leading teams in Lottery/Business/IT Sector.
* 3+ years leading Projects or participating in Program Management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
* Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and external contacts
* Ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines is required
* Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
* Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation
Location: In one of our US offices
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary Range: 85K - 95K Based on experience
Travel: Must have the ability to travel up to 50%.
