Recently acquired by a national construction management firm, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

Description

The Project Manager - Luxury Hotel/Resorts - Exciting Travel Role will be responsible for:

• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards
• Coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure design compliance
• Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking critical milestones
• Managing contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
• Preparing and monitoring project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures where needed
• Leading project teams, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring objectives are met
• Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency
• Implementing quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
• Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring safety and managing disruptions
• Serving as the primary client contact, providing updates and fostering positive relationships for future business

Profile

The Project Manager - Luxury Hotel/Resorts - Exciting Travel Role will have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• Demonstrated experience overseeing the full life-cycle of projects ranging from $1M to $20M+
• Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Hospitality project experience is preferred but not required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
