- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards
- Coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure design compliance
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking critical milestones
- Managing contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
- Preparing and monitoring project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures where needed
- Leading project teams, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring objectives are met
- Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency
- Implementing quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with codes and regulations

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor

- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Hospitality project experience is preferred but not required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
