With a commitment to excellence and a reputation for delivering exceptional results, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Job Description- Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and address any issues that arise.
- Utilize RedTeam and other construction management software to track project progress, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with the project team.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.

The Successful Applicant- 3-5 years of experience in construction, working with a general contractor or developer.
- Proven on-site experience in residential construction projects.
- Proficiency with RedTeam construction management software or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
