Bip.Monticello Consulting, a high-end management consulting firm is seeking a self-motivated and detailed oriented, experienced Project Manager in Manufacturing Processes to join our team. Bip.Monticello is seeking to grow its US consulting team and is looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of professional management consulting experience within manufacturing processes to join our North America consulting team.

You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside in the Marinette or Green Bay, Wisconsin metropolitan area. We are unable to support relocation costs.

Job Summary:

Bip.Monticello is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager (PM/PMO) with expertise in manufacturing processes or SAP implementation projects. The role requires full-time presence at the clients offices in either Marinette or Green Bay, Wisconsin. The PM will be responsible for coordinating IT solution implementation across US-based entities, ensuring alignment with the clients global best practices, governance, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Process Management:

  • Establish and maintain a robust governance structure that includes defined processes, methodologies, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Ensure proper execution of IT implementation activities through standardized governance practices.

Project Alignment & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to harmonize project processes.
  • Ensure that project activities are aligned with the overarching program strategy and the clients best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early, while supporting the resolution process.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track project progress against defined milestones and objectives.
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to the program management team and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed progress tracking and resource allocation, providing visibility into project activities.

Communication & Meetings:

  • Organize and lead governance meetings with key stakeholders to ensure clear visibility of project status.
  • Prepare and distribute project progress documentation, ensuring transparency across all levels of the organization.

Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task scheduling, resource management, and weekly progress tracking.
  • Oversee the planning and expediting of activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Cost Management:

  • Monitor project costs, especially those incurred by local suppliers, and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Support the approval process for non-budgeted expenses through coordination with the Steering Committee or CFO.

Issue and Risk Management:

  • Maintain an updated issue log, categorizing risks and issues while identifying mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of project issues and proactive management of potential risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years in an external client facing role as a Consultant or other relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in manufacturing processes or SAP implementation projects.
  • Prior experience with manufacturing processes in the ship building industry would be preferred.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and authoritatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and proactive approach to stakeholder management and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

**The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$170,000**
