Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Marketing team, and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to develop plans, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and analytical skills; the ability to drive decision making while challenging the status quo; and experience delivering programs that have significant impact across the wider organization. The role will report to the Director, Creative with significant exposure across the Revenue, Operations, and Product teams as well.

Hybrid position in NYC HQ 2 days/week

Responsibilities:

* Establish a Project Management Framework for each of the above, which you will communicate to all relevant stakeholders and manage through each stage/milestone.

* Define project tasks and resource requirements, working with project owner, Copywriter and Art Director for all CD projects, and a product manager and project owner for all TPLs to establish requirements, RAPID, and workflows ahead of project kickoff more broadly.

* Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary, and potentially geographically dispersed, teams

* Track project milestones and deliverables in Asana, and report status updates to all stakeholders for each project

* Identify risks that would prevent the timely delivery of projects and develop solutions to mitigate the risks; ensure project owner is clear on all risks at any given time.

* Provide direction and support to project teams

* Identify decisions or trade-offs that need to be made to ensure successful delivery of solutions on time

* Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of solutions

* Performs related duties as requested

Experience

We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

* Bachelors degree or related required

* 3 years' experience in project management, strategy, or business operations ideally

* Organized and transparent with regards to plans, milestones and deliverables

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels

* Asana experience, required

Skills:

* Demonstrates a bias for action, can deliver in an agile environment, and has a track record of success

* Good relationship manager and negotiator, able to build agreements with business stakeholders

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities

* Ability to influence others without formal authority

* Ability to motivate potentially large and diverse teams from across the business and external stakeholders and create effective teams

* Experience of working with distributed teams

* Passionate about being part of a culture that builds and enables high performing multi-disciplinary teams

Comp & Benefits:

Range: $90,000-$110,000 per year

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in New York City. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
