PositionOverview

As Project Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions, this role will work closely the Executive Office, and the entire Leadership Team. This role will provide project management and oversight throughout the Due Diligence, Transition and Integration phases of Acquisitions and Advisor Recruits joining Prime Capital. This role will begin with the recruiting process, and end well into our new partner Acquisitions and Advisors tenure with Prime. While M&A and Due Diligence, Transition and Integration of new Acquisitions and Advisor Teams will be the primary focus, we expect that this role will also be asked to lead “ad hoc” projects within Prime as priorities dictate. We are a lean team, and we all need to provide assistance to key company priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance during our initial phases of recruiting Firms and Advisor Teams by coordinating resources and providing general support

-providing oversight throughout due diligence

-following up with sales and marketing efforts

-providing financial modeling support to our Finance and Executive Team

-to coordinating legal services

  • During the Transition phase of Acquisitions and Advisor Teams joining Prime, you will provide leadership and support throughout the “Consent Process” following execution of the Definitive Agreements. This will include:

Coordinating internally with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Marketing, and other Colleagues to effectively transition Advisors, Associates and their Clients to PCIA.

Coordinating externally with Investment Bankers, Attorneys, Accountants, Broker Dealers, and Custodians to assure that we have the right business processes and workflows, technology connections, etc., to effectively transition to PCIA Platforms.

  • Once Advisor and Team Acquisitions have transitioned to our platforms, you will work with the new Teams and Prime Capital internal resources to assure a smooth and efficient Integration.
  • You will provide project management and oversight in assuring that new Advisor-Partners, their Teams and overall Organizations become familiar with Prime Capital resources.
  • This will involve assuring that we have the integrated across wealth management processes and services, investment management, financial planning, retirement plan services and other support services, including HR, legal, finance, etc.
  • Throughout the Integration phase, you will also be tasked with identifying critical aspects of new organizations business that Prime may wish to adopt into our Firm more broadly.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical discipline preferred
  • MBA or other relevant master's degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Experience and understanding of the financial markets and investing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate complex matters in a convincing manner to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with Technology; Salesforce, etc.
