Title: Project Manager -Microsoft D365 CRM
Location: Greensboro , NC (Onsite Only)
- Project manager with min 8+ years of experience in Project Management
- Proficient in project management activities
- Knowledge of managing Microsoft D365 CRM engagements would be added advantage
- Should be able to manage risks and issues effectively
- Responsible for Customer communication and managing internal/external stakeholders
- Should work proactively to manage the SLA defined as per contract
- Work proactively to manage Customer expectations
- Should be able to work with the teams to estimate and plan the deliverables
- Work with Onsite/Offshore teams to ensure streamlined delivery meeting the Customer deliverables as per plan
- PMP Certification would be as added advantage
- Should be able to execute project in Agile methodology as described by Customer using DevOps toolset
- Work towards continues process improvement
- Ensure Root cause analysis is completed for defects reported and corrective actions are implemented
