Project Manager - Midstream Pipeline and Facilities Job Overview:Selectek is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee pipeline and facility construction and maintenance projects within the midstream sector. This role involves managing integrity digs, pipeline modifications, facility upgrades, and ensuring projects meet high standards for safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient solutions to support operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Project Scope and Cost Estimation : Define project scopes, develop cost estimates, and manage budgets for midstream projects, including integrity digs, pipeline relocations, and terminal upgrades.Leadership and Team Coordination : Lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinating internal departments and external partners, including engineering, environmental services, procurement, and construction contractors.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards and DOT regulations (CFR192 and CFR195), maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and ROW requirements.Project Controls and Documentation : Manage project documentation, budgets, and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders and upper management.Communication and Reporting : Prepare and deliver progress reports, communicate project goals, and manage adjustments as needed for successful project completion.Risk and Safety Management : Prioritize safety and risk management, ensuring that project milestones are achieved without compromising quality or safety standards.Requirements :Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.Experience : 5+ years managing pipeline and facility construction projects in the midstream sector. Experience with integrity digs and anomaly repairs is highly desirable.Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and familiarity with regulatory compliance for midstream projects.Other : Valid driver's license required.About Selectek :Selectek is dedicated to connecting talented professionals with premier companies across various industries.
