We have a pipeline of Wood frame projects and a project beginning development in Q4, 2024What You Will Be DoingImmediate work will be on a 350 unit, 9-building project in Orlando upcoming.Estimation review and budget management.Procure all necessary permits and licenses.Bidding, budgeting and buy out of subcontractor trades.Negotiating and coordinating subcontractor agreements.What You Need for this PositionMust have prior experience with multifamily Garden style 4 story walk up with elevator.Must have started and completed a minimum of 2 deals as a multifamily project manager.Procore-must be able to buy out the entire project, must be able to create budget, must be able to do monthly financials (JCS)Microsoft Project-must be able to build a schedule and maintainA bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably with coursework in construction, engineering or related fields.BenefitsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsMultifamilyProject ManagerConstructionConstruction ManagerWood Frame
