Position Summary
The Project Manager is a shared position between the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement and the Office of the Dean and Vice President for Health Sciences. The Project Manager will support implementation of our strategic plan, program evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts. They will be responsible for developing timelines and monitoring progress of projects related to the strategic plan, accreditation, and other projects as they arise.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Management of the strategic planning and implementation process, including the collection of status updates and maintenance of the implementation software and dashboard
* Regular tracking and communication of changes and progress to appropriate constituents for projects under the purview of the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement

* Collaboration with the OAQI Director and Data Manager to identify and address gaps in assessment, accreditation requirements, and elements related to the mission and vision of our strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Higher Education, or related field with significant experience in higher education project management
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Masters degree in Business, Higher Education, or related field with at least three years of experience in higher education project management
* Equivalent education and experience will be considered
* PMP certification
* Experience in implementation and tracking of strategic plans
* Experience with accreditation of an academic program
* Basic knowledge of interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
Physical Demands Salary Range $80,000 - $95,000 Additional Salary Information The salary range reflects our good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, the role and associated responsibilities, and the experience, education, and training of the selected candidate.
