In the position of Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing projects within all facets of business operations to ensure scope and direction of projects are on schedule. Drive projects and possess a strong understanding of the responsibilities and functions within the business operations and information technology. Play an active role in collaboratively optimizing Field Marketing and Consumer Engagement (FMCE) processes and practices to improve the overall ability to deliver projects.Essential Job Functions:Manage POS department with updating and maintaining internal order form, placing orders, tracking, shipping, inventory management, and maintenance of headquarters storage units and virtual bins.Manage and support FMCE operations with contracts, purchase orders, budgets, reviewing of invoice processing.Provide hands‐on program and project management leadership including project initiation, scheduling, management, control, and closing. Lead or participate in project related business discussions to ensure requirements are well understood, appropriately documented, and adequately addressed by the technology solution.Assist management with Consumer Engagement teams and outside partners. Create and maintain field setup, event guides, rollout of event kits. Update spreadsheets, send staff credentials, and communicate cancellations and reschedules. Participate in planning and status calls with events and brand team.Work with internal departments to support marketing. Develop and maintain experiential campaigns, sponsored properties, creative campaigns, and budgets.Build and maintain reports, recaps, templates, and department maps. Measure and report on project performance and progress with project participants and leadership.Identify, assess, and manage project risk and issues.Position Requirements:Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Project Management, Business, Communication or related field of study.Additional Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in project management.Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office ‐ Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook preferred.
