- Independently prepare and oversee the process of issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, monthly payment requests.

- Provide mentoring, coaching, oversight, review, and performance feedback to peers.
- Actively participate in business development efforts including: Requests for proposal responses and interviews.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree with major coursework in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license IICRC Water, Fire & Smoke Certifications

Work Requirements:
- 8am-4pm shift. 40 hour work weeks.
- Employee is expected to work overtime, when requested.
- Employee is expected to be on-call based on a rotation basis.
