Sodexo is seeking an Part Time Environmental Service Manager 1 for Roswell Park Cancer Institute, located in Buffalo New York. This is a 142 beds facility with client paid union staff. This is a day shift position, with some weekends and holidays. Come join a winning team with Sodexo. Must have excellent customer service skills and employee relations skills. We are looking for candidates who can:

• Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
• Interact with patients and the staff
• Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
• Maintain safety documentation and training for unit

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
• Strong management skills, preferably in health care
• Strong team building and employee engagement skills
• Strong hospitality focus - be engaged and interactive with all our customers and employees
• Strong drive to make things happen
• Knowledge of best practices in Patient safety
