Job Description:

Reporting to the Director Project Management, as the Supply Chain Project Manager you'll develop project strategies with business leaders. Youll lead cross-functional groups to deliver projects using both waterfall and Agile methodologies to improve top and bottom-line results.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Support ConAgra Business Strategy through delivering multiple simultaneous projects on time and on budget.

+ Manage cross-functional teams and end-to-end projects including internal and external stakeholders.

+ Run daily, weekly and monthly project ceremonies.

+ Communicate project status, project risks and recovery plans.

+ Manage projects with the appropriate project management processes and tools and works to continuously improve processes and tools.

+ Remove project obstacles and help develop solutions with teams.

+ Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycles.

+ Ensure change management and risk management.

+ Build relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

+ Document progress and communicates to stakeholders and upper management.

+ Become an integral part of the PMO organization to ensure that the overarching scrum, Agile and PMO standard practices are followed.

+ Coach teams on the standardized PM & scrum practices established by the PMO, help identify MVPs and determine value.

+ Shapes team behavior through excellent application of PM methodologies.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations

+ 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.

+ Experience working with all levels of the organization.

+ Collaborate cross functionally to achieve goals.

+ PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred.

+ Experience with JIRA-Agile and MS Project is required.

+ Foundational project management skills within matrix environment.

+ Digital and data literacy skills.

+ Experience explaining intricate and complicated concepts and ideas.

+ Experience in supply chain, food or CPG industry

+ In office 3 days per week, Tuesday - Thursday
