Primoris Pipeline is currently searching for an experienced Project Manager to help manage several ongoing and upcoming pipeline projects. If you have a background in pipeline project management, let's talk!Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage projects from planning and design to successful completion and commissioning; delivering the projects safely, on-time, on-budget, and ensuring the projects achieve all project goals and objectives in accordance with the client's requirementsLead cross-functional project team meetings to communicate project status while escalating risks and concerns; in addition, supports the Project Manager and Construction Manager on these duties related to larger projectsOversee project cost (e.g., project cost and commitments tracking, project cost forecast, labor, and other direct costs monitoring)Oversee the preparation of project monthly and quarterly progress reports for the project manager, program manager and project stakeholder's reviewOversee and monitor the delivery of each projects key performance measures (KPI's), schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract, and risk, liaising with the relevant team members and functions as requiredDevelop the Project Execution Plan, ensuring the project is aligned to and delivers in accordance with the client's standards and methodsEngage with and manage the project relationship with stakeholdersLead the coordination of the project ensuring interfaces are considered and addressed at all stages of the project lifecycleDevelop and manage client relationshipsWork with the technical teams in coordinating and managing design consultants and other external service providersIdentify opportunities to improve project management procedures and toolsMaintain the overall project risk register and engage in methods for decision and risk managementApply project management principles, establish tracking metrics, and deliver commitments to the business on time and on budget while minimizing riskManage the change control processManage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communicationRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience in the pipeline, facilities, and civil dirt work arenaConstruction management or engineering degree would be considered a plusBenefits:Paid Company HolidaysPaid PTOMedical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Short Term/Long Term Disability, 401K with matching contributionCompany OverviewPrimoris was formed in 2004 as the parent company and is traded on the NYSE under the symbol PRIM.
