The Ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience in Public Works. This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities. Project Manager - Professional Civil Engineer - Public Works Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
- PE License in Arkansas, or transferable within 2 months of start date
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in utility and Public Works design
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Good technical writing and communication skills
- Client interaction, Business Development and project production
- Previous experience working with Public Works clients and business development communications
- Experience in project scope development, professional services fee development and staffing projections
- Experience in producing winning project proposals as lead professional/project manager
- Strong ability to train and mentor staff
- Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and various disciplines
- Positive attitude, self-directed
