Responsible for negotiating, together with the Sales Department, the most suitable commercial and technical solution for the Customer, which maximizes the profit margin for Sidel. YOUR MISSION
- Prepare quotes and solutions toper request for a quotation when validated
- Identify technical risks complete in Sales Data WheareHouse
- Give instructions to line Design in order to build layout according to plant/ customer expectation or standard with plant visit
- Prepare and present the offer in front of the customer, acting as main technical support for the Sales team
- Prepare Energy report with Product Manager
- Review/update offer with Sales, apply price strategy and discount level decision
- Prepare contract, including Gantt chart for full project execution
- Prepare Post Mortem and Success story with Leader Project Manager and prepare conclusions
- Prepare installation quote and ask the support of Installation Site Manager when out of standard
- Insert all sample requests in offer according to Product Group Project Manager prerequisites and project milestones
- Master SKA way of working, coach and develop other PMPs in the region to know better SKA rules, specifications, way to quote...
- To order booking, by filling Profitability Table and Leading for kick off between PMP and Project Manager Execution- Responsible for margin of OI
- Total Cost of Ownership and Energy sheet compilation according to the template
- Change over time table and technical commitment about the Product
- Archive all technical documents, offers and project info onto structured - directory as per Region rules
- The actor on Agenda meeting, minutes and action plan associated after each customer visit
- Ensure Third Parties machine selection according to Sourcing rules in place. Moreover, Product Manager informed when there is a deviation
- Actor to prepare Installation quotation with Installation Site Manager leader when speaking about the complex project or out of the standard project
- Actor to define machine / Line efficiency or commitment, with Product Management Validation
- Support and action on Time to Quote indicator
- Secure commitment regarding efficiency or technical engagement
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor degree Mechatronic Engineering or similar
- Fluent level of English
- At least four years experience of large scale projects as project manager
- Extensive experience in Project Management
- Financial Project administration
- Sales experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Availability to national and international travel up to 50%
- AUTO-CAD knowledge to edit layout drawings
- Knowledge of Beverage Packing Machines is a plus
