Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Supervising Project Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end production of core and custom print and digital products within the Benchmark portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
* Create and manage publishing workflows, schedules, and budgets
* Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the brief and standards of the project
* Partner with Vendors in the creation of quality and timely product deliverables
* Solicit, brief, and procure vendor bids for internal projects; create vendor contracts; review and track vendor invoices
* Anticipate risks and escalate project blockers to the team
* Problem solve by suggesting alternative solutions
* Create, manage, and maintain project documentation, including status reports, trackers, and dashboards
* Create project budgets; monitor spend; forecast and report variances
* Serve as a peer lead by effectively communicating between departments: Editorial, Creative Services, Copyedit, Audio, Photo, Video, Assets, Digital

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000
* The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
