PROJECT MANAGER Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for leading a team in the completion of projects by a set deadline while upholding business initiatives. Candidate must have experience managing project and product scope and identifying deliverables and goals to ensure project success from beginning to end. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify project goals and scope
- Monitor project progress
- Interact with other stake holders/departments
- Lead project planning sessions and evaluate project performance, setting and adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.
- Project coordination and scheduling creating timelines by which deliverables must be met.
- Follow ups and constant reminders to the team members for delayed task / fulfillments.
- Able to create task / update Microsoft Projects status.
- Ability to create/ execute DocuSign projects.
- Performs other related duties as requested.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years' experience in Dietary Supplements/Pharmaceuticals preferred
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodology (ie., Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Kanban).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk while working on a computer.
