Anappropriate candidate must be a flexible, self-directed, organized, dependable,proactive, and persistent project leader. He/she must effectively planand manage projects, lead & coach project team members, solve problems, andmake decisions with limited direction. Key Duties: Plan and execute projects and programs from concept and scoping to successfulcompletion, including the launch of products in intended markets to ensure acomplete development portfolio. General Project Management (forming project teams, budgeting, assigning &tracking tasks, identifying & mitigating project risks, etc.) Support to fellow project managers as needed to secure successfulimplementation of development portfolio. Reporting to suitable stakeholders & steering groups with regular cadenceto provide transparent communication of project status, risks, and issues. Initiating and participating in continuous improvement of processes anddevelopment practices to further enhance capacity, efficiency, predictability,and quality.Authority &Responsibilities: Effectively organize and lead cross-functional project teams using projectmanagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Using strong communicationskills and attention to details, direct the activities of internal and externalteam members to meet project objectives. Plan, monitor and coordinate project tasks, as well as maintain and updateproject plans and schedules. Independently manage a diverse scope of projects and programs with limitedsupervision. Project types may include, but are not limited to, new product ortechnology introductions, enhancing product features & design to meet useror market needs, addressing quality issues, reducing costs, and ensuringcontinued compliance to applicable regulations.Minimum PositionRequirements: 3+ years of formal project management experience, preferably managing complexengineering projects in a highly regulated industry. Experience with various project management software/tools and Microsoft Suiteapplications. Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with a diverse group ofcross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, R&D, QA, Regulatory, Sourcing,and Operations. Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred Experience: Well-versed in Medical Device development. Experience with formal design controls in a gated product development process. Experience utilizing Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.Education/Certification: BS in Engineering or similar discipline. PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.Other: This is a hybrid position that requires regular presence in our Lebanon office. Some travel will be required (
