We're on the lookout for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Keep a keen eye on project budgets, control costs, and manage financial aspects of the project.
  • Schedule Coordination: Ensure timely project completion by coordinating and scheduling construction activities.
  • Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of quality and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and homeowners.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, contracts, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is encouraged but not required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
