Project Manager, Renewable Energy Certificate PortfolioAlbany, New York CityFusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Project Manager, Renewable Energy Certificate Portfolio, to join our client in leading the nation in the fight on global climate change and the transition to a clean-energy powered economy.This is a FT Direct Hire position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the proposal effort in conjunction with management and colleagues for complex new business opportunitiesDrive new business growth and build critical mass within agreed timeframesProvide input and guidance on the development of new solutionsBe the main point of contact for customers participating in the NYSERDA Voluntary Sale ProgramAttend conferences and gather intelligence on market trends, etc.Perform other assigned tasks or duties as neededAbility to demonstrate respect, equity and inclusive behavior and practices of a diverse workforce and community.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, engineering, business or another technical fieldMinimum 5-years experience in sales role working in an energy management solutions or related field with a focus on large C&I power usersUnderstanding of the voluntary REC marketSolid understanding of regional REC requirements as well as obligations under New York s Clean Energy Standard.Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRMKnowledge of and insight into environmental impacts and markets, and market actorsAdvanced presentation skills: demonstrated ability to break down new and complex topics and communicate clear insightsSkill in managing multiple, diverse projects or activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments and operating with speed, accuracy, and strong judgementPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of wholesale energy markets and systems, renewable energy technology and associated infrastructureStrong stakeholder outreach and engagement capabilities including strong public speaking and presentation skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to cope with tight deadlines and high-stress work environmentAn understanding of New York City Local LawEntrepreneurial and innovative; continuous learner mindsetDemonstrated organizational and process management skillsSalary$73- $123kFusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
