We operate in three divisions: Renewables, Rock Trenching, and Directional Drilling. Our company works on projects throughout the western, southern, and midwestern United States. This position is a great opportunity if you desire an environment that will allow you to push yourself in a highly visible position to achieve your growth goals.POSITION SUMMARY:Preferred on-site at our office in Bentonville, AR or at our office in Central Oregon with 50% travel to various project sitesResponsible for safe, efficient, and accurate execution of project scopes within contract specificationsPre-project planning, project execution and oversight, stakeholder management2+ years of construction industry Project Management (PM, APM) experiencePreferred experience in utility scale renewable energy, heavy civil, and/or underground utilitiesPreferred educational background in construction management or PMP certificationQUALIFICATIONS:Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, CAD, Topcon GPSCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Annual Salary: $100,000 - $150,000+ based on experience100% Company-paid Medical Insurance for you and your family.Four-week annual PTO; 40 hours of annual Sick TimeSimple IRA with 3% employer matchPotential for performance-based bonuses
