Description

As the Owners Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
  • Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
  • Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
  • Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs

Profile

The ideal candidate will posses:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of construction experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience (AEC background)
  • Experience managing clients within Higher Education, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving abilities

Job Offer
