Summary:
This Project Manager will be an integral member of the Research Training and Education (RT&E) team within the MaineHealth Institute for Research, working with and reporting to RT&E Manager, Elisabeth Bergst. This individual will manage components of established programs including our Summer Undergraduate Research Program, and will contribute to the successful implementation of all of our training programs for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, undergraduate interns, and education outreach activities. Responsibilities include contributing to development and implementation of trainee programming, data management and reporting, onboarding and orientations, informational presentations to diverse audiences, event planning, communication and community outreach, and working with multiple stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will have strong organization and interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
This position is located at our 81 Research Drive, Scarborough, ME research facility, with the option for a hybrid schedule.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Three years of multidisciplinary project management experience required, including development of new systems, techniques, procedures, and special and recurring reports or analysis.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Excellent communication and public speaking skills and ability to write and present for a variety of audiences.
