Eclaro is looking for an Project Manager - Residential/Nonresidential Program Staff Support for our client in Manhattan Remote, NY. - Assist with operations of the Residential/Nonresidential Program including, but not limited to:
- Outreach and engagement with participating contractors and customers;
- Coordination with Quality and Market Standards (QMS) and updates to contractor status;
- Support Program staff with new contractor applications and onboarding;
- Assist with project modifications and design reviews for project applications;
- Work with client staff and contractors to continue development of SOPs and guidance documents for contractors;
- Perform other duties as assigned that contribute to the goals of the client's Sun and Energy Storage teams.
Qualifications:
- Ability to implement operational processes for the client's program;
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting;
- Strong attention to detail and strengths with processes and analytical skills;
- Ability to communicate clearly with client's Participating Contractors and customers.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred);
- Knowledge and understanding of client's Sun and other Distributed Energy Resource Programs (preferred);
- General knowledge of the Solar and Storage market and industry (preferred);
- Basic knowledge and understanding of solar PV and energy storage.
- Salesforce, and Microsoft Office suite, including Teams.
