Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee disaster restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating teams, and liaising with clients and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Five or more years experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or related service industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- You have availability for on-call duty as required.
