**Description**

*Position at Hunter Douglas Inc.* ****About the Role:****Reporting directly to the VP, Retail Store Design, the primary responsibility of the Project Manager, Hunter Douglas Fixture System (HDFS) Store Design and Development is to work closely with the Vice President and Senior Project Manager, Installations to manage all needed internal and external communication including management of material orders needed for a successful HDFS dealer shop and manage Hunter Douglas managed exterior signage installations.

****Duties & Responsibilities:****

* Manage HDFS initial site survey calendar. For no-survey projects (where physical surveys are not possible), evaluate and ensure all needed CAD files, photographs etc. are obtained from the dealer and turned over to the retail design team

* Responsible to collect and distribute pre-survey checklists as well as review and confirm accuracy

* Manage dealer plan review calendar for design team, field and dealer (co-ordinate invite and send call link to outside consultants); send reminder of call and link to external HDFS overview portal to field and dealer

* Develop preliminary and final fixture, freight and installation quotes (including quotes from fixture manufacturer and 3rd party vendors) and submit to finance

* Post mobile link to dealer reviewed plan on Salesforce for field access and VM use

* Actively participate in weekly installation/construction coordination calls

* Release and track 3rd party materials orders to ensure on-time delivery and process invoices for payment

* Communicate directly with dealer to confirm third party materials are received

* Manage all postings for HDFS on Salesforce (mobile links to final, installation, electrical plans, confirmed installation and completion dates, photos if available) and at stakeholder

* Manage follow-up pre and post installation with Sr. Project Manager or lead Project Manager for any missing, damaged pieces or re-orders needed and ensure timely replacement

* Update HDFS external and internal portal content as needed including creation of queries as needed

* Keep and publish log of installations status complete and pending

* Order all Assembly Bill of Material and follow up to confirm delivery to fixture fabricator

* Manage communication for Exterior Signage program with signage vendor; ensure quotes are received on a timely basis and Retail Channel Services is kept up to date

* Audit and track department budget, log invoices

* Liaison with dealers as needed to resolve issues and connect them with appropriate HD support

**Qualifications:**

* College degree

* 5-10 Years of Project Management/Coordinator experience

* Proven history in time management

* Highly organized, attention to detail an deadline oriented

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

* Discreet and professional

* Organized and self-directed

* Exercise good judgement

* Able to handle multiple priorities

* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

* A team player with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude

* Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
