The Roles: (Assistant PM/ PM/ Sr. PM)
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing heavy civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Overseeing the budgeting, scheduling, and compliance for road and infrastructure projects, including roadway construction, bridges, utilities, and other public works.
- Leading project teams and effectively coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring safety standards, regulatory compliance
- Building and nurturing client relationships while promoting a positive project culture

Required Experience:
- At least 4+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (preferably with roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects)
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of managing large projects from start to finish
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control for civil construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
