The Roles: (Assistant PM/ PM/ Sr. PM)

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing heavy civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Overseeing the budgeting, scheduling, and compliance for road and infrastructure projects, including roadway construction, bridges, utilities, and other public works.
  • Leading project teams and effectively coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring safety standards, regulatory compliance
  • Building and nurturing client relationships while promoting a positive project culture

Required Experience:
  • At least 4+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (preferably with roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects)
  • Proven project management experience, with a track record of managing large projects from start to finish
  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control for civil construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
