We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the deployment of our cutting-edge collision avoidance and proximity detection solutions for heavy machinery. This role involves extensive travel and direct interfacing with customers to ensure our systems meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This position is Exempt (not eligible for overtime pay).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with customer needs.
- Lead the installation and implementation of collision avoidance and proximity detection systems on-site.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct on-site training and support for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and optimal use of our systems.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and adjust project plans as necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Travel to various customer sites to oversee project execution and build strong customer relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic systems and networking on-site.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and functionality of collision avoidance systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of heavy machinery, collision avoidance, or related industries.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer-facing interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
- Practical knowledge of electronic systems, including understanding of power, voltages, and circuit design.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, data analysis, and systems integration in industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with electronic safety platforms and wireless communication technologies.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites and engage in direct, hands-on implementation of systems and solutions.
- PMP certification is a plus.
