Seeking a Project Manager based in the greater Minneapolis area with 4+ years of experience and has run at least 1 multifamily, mixed use, or senior living project to join a top General Contractor in the area.You will step into a strong pipeline of local Senior Living builds.

My client is a top GC in the midwest, focusing on multifamily and commercial builds. With a strong pipeline of ground up multifamily projects local to the Twin Cities coming up, they are looking for a skilled Project Manager to run these projects.
Description
- Provide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture
- Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
- Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met
- Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
- Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
- Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
- Represent our client in the subcontract negotiations
Profile
- 4+ years in Project Manager title
- Experience as a PM on 1+ multifamily/senior living builds
- Strong background in Multifamily construction
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Offer
- Base salary of $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience
