Job Description- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, ground-up construction projects.
- Manage project risks and resolve issues effectively.
- Utilize project management software (Procore, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint) for effective communication and documentation.
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and promote excellent customer service.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, ground-up projects valued at $25-50+ million across diverse commercial markets, including High-Rise, Multifamily, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial, and Hospitality.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial construction.
- Expertise in stick frame construction for large projects.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, design principles, and permitting requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
