**Scope of Responsibilities:** Implements and manages initiatives to support Noble's existing and expanding organizational needs
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee initiatives within our Specialty Pharmacy operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive innovative projects that support our strategic goals in specialty medication management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Serve as a key communication link between teams, fostering transparency and collaboration at all levels of the organization related to specialty pharmacy projects.
+ Identify and resolve accounts payable issues for specialty pharmacy vendors and internal stakeholders, while nurturing strong relationships to enhance service delivery.
+ Monitor purchasing activities and oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with specialty drug vendors to optimize terms and performance.
+ Lead the Customer Service team in delivering exceptional support tailored to specialty pharmacy clients and their specific needs.
+ Partner with Human Resources to effectively recruit, onboard, and train staff for specialty pharmacy services.
+ Provide leadership in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring that operations continue to meet quality and compliance standards.
+ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations, acting as the HIPAA Regulation Officer and Safety Officer within the specialty pharmacy context.
+ Develop and maintain reports on specialty pharmacy operations to assist management in making data-driven decisions.
+ Oversee the day-to-day activities of the specialty pharmacy delivery personnel, ensuring timely and accurate service.
+ Spearhead innovative projects aimed at enhancing specialty pharmacy services, including reimbursement management initiatives, adherence programs, and patient engagement strategies.
+ Manage the computer systems related to specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring they are updated and effectively utilized.
+ Establish and uphold compliance standards relevant to specialty pharmacy practices in line with JCAHO and other regulatory bodies.
+ Complete all mandatory regulatory training and participate in special projects as assigned by management.
+ Adapt to the evolving needs of the specialty pharmacy sector and balance multiple priorities effectively.
+ Responsible for completing allmandatoryand regulatory training programs
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
**Educational Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (required).
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of 3 years in a related role, with at least 3 years of experience in project management focusing on specialty pharmacy preferred.
**Job Skills Required:**
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledgeable about pharmacy management software.
+ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities within a pharmacy-related environment.
+ Proven project management skills with a strong focus on customer service in specialty pharmacy.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening abilities.
+ Ability to foster teamwork and collaborate effectively within a specialized pharmacy environment.
**Compensation**
$70,000.00 per year.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
